 Props: Since my group is creating a Jansport backpack commercial, our main prob will be the Jansport backpack. We will also use another brand backpack to compare the difference and prove that Jansport is better. In addition, other objects students generally bring to school such as a water bottle, notebooks, computer, pencil case, books, and a lunch box.  These props help create the image of Jansport's establishment and help advertise Jansport's products at the same time in our commercial.

Costumes: Our commercial is taking place at school and the actors will be normal high school students so they will wear everyday school attire such as jeans, shorts, leggings, t-shirt, tank top, or a jacket with comfortable shoes like vans or converse.

Schedule:

9/22/21 and 9/24/21- Our group researches conventions and codes of Jansport commercial and we will establish props, costumes, schedule, location list and backup plan.                

9/24/21 and 9/28/21- Our group will create a storyboard for the commercial.

9/30/21 and 10/4/21- Our group will film all the shots for our 30 second film.

10/6/21 and 10/8/21- Our group will fully edit our commercial and make sure everything is perfect

Location List: Our main location will be the senior patio, the first actor will start off at the top of the stairs by the auditorium run grab their Jansport backpack and run down the stairs while the other friends with Jansport backpack gather and walk together. The second location will be an actor with a broken non Jansport backpack sitting on a bench trying to get his things together. The last location will be all the happy friends walking away from the senior patio towards the classrooms with their Jansport backpacks.

Backup plan: If it ends up raining and we are not able to film outside, we will film in the hallway and inside the classroom. If one of our members is absent, we will ask another classmate to help us out.

 Scene 1: The actor will start off coming into school beginning at the top of the stairs in front of the auditorium. A Jansport backpack will be laying on a bench right before the stairs. The actor will be running, grab the backpack off the bench and run down the stairs. This will go from an eye level to a low angle, the camera person will move backwards as the actor runs down the stairs. Done, done, done!

 So that was the end of the filming. All that's left to do now is edit. I began by trimming our clips to the appropriate length. I listened to the individual who had an opinion. The brightness was adjusted. I tweaked the angles. It took me some time to figure out how to utilize iMovie. As a result, I experimented with several editing programs. I ended up preferring iMovie and went back to my first choice. It was difficult for me to choose music. I also didn't want to utilize music that was protected by copyright. I spent two hours attempting to come up with some suspenseful background music. My group was examining our video as I was editing. I had a feeling my group wouldn't be able to finish editing today. My group viewed a number of editing videos. So far, my favorite aspect of this endeavor has been becoming closer with my group.
