The Stargazing Date

 Today was our third and last day filming. We filmed the night scenes where we are stargazing. I had to wait until 7 to film because it needed to be dark. Since we did not film until late, I decided to pick out my outfit and get everything ready beforehand. I decided to wear jeans for today’s cow boy look along with a white t-shirt and cow boy boots. Once it got dark it was time to go pick up Darrow. He needed help picking out an outfit so I went inside to help out. Last time he wore a white T-shirt so I told him to wear black today.  Darrow wanted to wear the black cow boy hat so I wore the red one. Our outfits had the perfect cow boy persona so we were ready to film. Originally the plan was to film at mine but since we were at Darrow’s I decided it was easier to stay at his also because there was a park nearby. In one of the scenes Darrow brings me flowers so we had to go pick them up from the grocery store. The first scene we filmed was Darrow texting me that he arrived, we pretended his house was my house. This scene was not too hard to film because it was just an upclose of my phone. Next Darrow had to come to “my” door with the flowers. First we filmed it from an angle outside the house. Ella and Sophia thought it would look better as a behind the shoulder shot so we tried it. Once we compared the two I agreed that behind the shoulder looked much better. Then it was time to go to the park for the stargazing scenes. We finished these scenes pretty fast, first Darrow opened the car door for me. Then we got to the scene where we are walking up to the grass from the car. In the first shot we forgot to be holding the blanket so we had to redo it. Last was the stargazing scene which we got first try, we were all super tired by the end but it was a successful day and we were glad to be finished filming.
