The Stargazing Date

 Today was our third and last day filming. We filmed the night scenes where we are stargazing. I had to wait until 7 to film because it needed to be dark. Since we did not film until late, I decided to pick out my outfit and get everything ready beforehand. I decided to wear jeans for today’s cow boy look along with a white t-shirt and cow boy boots. Once it got dark it was time to go pick up Darrow. He needed help picking out an outfit so I went inside to help out. Last time he wore a white T-shirt so I told him to wear black today.  Darrow wanted to wear the black cow boy hat so I wore the red one. Our outfits had the perfect cow boy persona so we were ready to film. Originally the plan was to film at mine but since we were at Darrow’s I decided it was easier to stay at his also because there was a park nearby. My Final Music Video

 My second big project for AICE Media was very successful. I learned many new skills as well as using skills I learned from the last project. I learned a lot about team work, while working with my partners, Sophia, Ella, and Darrow, there were challenges we needed to overcome but we worked together to get through it.  I am really glad I got to work with new people. The skills I learned will help me in the future. My favorite part was filming the last scene where Darrow and I were stargazing. It created the perfect ending as the camera turned up to the stars and faded away into the darkness, it was very happy scene and because it was the final one it added to the happiness. My least favorite part was drawing the storyboard, I am not the best at drawing so I told Sophia my ideas and she drew them out. Research Commercial

 My group is doing a Jan-sport commercial. In these types of commercials the audience will typically see students at school doing normal activities such as walking to class and talking to friends. The actors will wear active clothes or comfortable school appropriate clothes such as jeans, t-shirts, shorts, and shoes like vans or converse. This will present the setting as a regular day at school. Props include Jan-sport backpacks, water bottle, laptop, notebooks, and folders. Their appearance should be happy and cheerful, smiling and talking with friends at school, as well as running and jumping around showing the durability of the product. Score- upbeat, fast-paced music and sound effects to show the cheerful mood throughout the commercial, although music will come to a stop during the necessary scenes for added dramatic effect.
