My Commercial Group

On this first project, a commercial it was important for me to find a good partner. Someone I know will be hard-working and reliable with good media skills. Someone that will be responsible for their part of the project and someone I will be able to work well with inside and outside of school. So I have decided to work with Sophia Pollock. Sophia and I have been friends since we met in 7th grade, we have been good friends inside and outside school. We have worked on my school projects together so I know she will be a good partner. She is hard-working, kind, organized, reliable and responsible making her the perfect partner. I have good acting skills because I acted in plays for fun when I was younger, I have always enjoyed acting. I am also good at coming up with ideas to film about and collaborating. On the other hand, Sophia has great filming and camera skills, she is also good at drawing and music. With my acting skills and Sophias filming skills we will make a great team. We have decided not to work with anyone else because we want to make sure we create the best work we can. We don't want to jeopardize our work by adding someone to the group that we are not sure about their work ethic. I know challenges will come up this year but Sophia and I will work together to overcome them and create the best work we can. Being in the Montessori program at my elementary and middle school and being in the Cambridge program here at FLHS has taught me a lot about group work. The challenges and how to overcome them, the good and fun things about working in a group and also what can happen when you don't have such a good group. I hope to learn more from working with Sophia this year. I know we will do good work and have fun making it at the same time. I have always been interested in film and acting and I'm glad I get to take a class on it this year. I am excited for all the projects to come this year and for an awesome partner to work with.
