New Project, New People
This is the third project I've worked on this year. I learned a lot on the first one, mainly that having only two people in my group was difficult. On the second project I learned that one of my members did not help with the project as much as they should. I decided to add someone to my group and remove someone from my group. These are people I know are hardworking, dependable, and have good media skills. Classmates who will be accountable for their share of the assignment and with whom I will be able to collaborate well both inside and outside of the classroom. As a result, I've opted to collaborate with Sophia Pollock, Darrow Nasca, and Jade Walrave. I know Sophia will be an excellent partner because we worked together on my school assignments. She is a fantastic companion since she is hardworking, nice, organized, dependable, and responsible. Jade and I have just recently become close friends this year, but I am confident that she will make an excellent companion. I know Darrow is a good partner because I worked with him the last time. They are both great workers who will make working on the music video pleasurable. Because I used to perform in plays for fun when I was younger, I have decent acting talents. I have always liked acting. Sophia is an excellent filmmaker and camera operator, as well as a talented artist and musician. I am confident that my group will create an excellent team! This project will undoubtedly bring problems, but my group and I will work together to overcome them and produce the greatest work possible. Being a part of the Montessori program in elementary and middle school, as well as the Cambridge program at FLHS, has taught me a lot about working in groups. The difficulties and how to overcome them, the positive and enjoyable aspects of working in a group, and what may go wrong when you don't have a good group. This year, I'm hoping to gain more knowledge by working with my group. I'm confident that we'll perform an excellent job while having a nice time doing it.
